8.高師亭與小生態池
The Gao Gazebo and Small Ecological Pond (Zone 8)

高師亭位於中正大學後山步道右側，以原木與茅草等材料搭建，營造出開放、舒適與幽雅 的感覺，訪客在夏日健走不堪烈日曝曬可進入亭中乘涼、小憩片刻。四周樹林常見白頭翁、 紅嘴黑鵯、大捲尾與樹鵲等鳥類。高師亭西南側，近步道旁有一人工設置之小水池，吸引 許多蛙類如面天樹蛙、小雨蛙與拉都希氏赤蛙在此棲息與繁殖，但目前該生態池已呈現乾涸狀態。（陸維元攝）

Located to the east of the back mountain trail, the Gao Gazebo is made with wood, straw, and other materials to create an open, relaxing space to shelter tourists from the blazing sun during their hiking trips. The nearby woods are home to Chinese Bulbuls, Black Bulbuls, Black Drongos, Grey Treepies, and other birds. To the west of the gazebo is a small pond that attracts many types of frogs, such as Temple Tree Frogs, Rrnata Narrow-mouthed Toads, and Latouche’s Frogs. However, the pond is dried up at the moment.
